There’s a point everyday where you must make an important decision that can impact your entire day. That decision is what you will have for breakfast that morning. With so many options to choose from, one can only wonder what is the best breakfast?
Breakfast foods are broken into various categories such as cereals, pastries, or actual meals. The best breakfast option will be based off a ranking of most energy given and taste. With that kept in mind, cereals are out the window. While there are various cereals that have an iconic good taste, they give short term energy. They don’t fill you up and the energy you get runs out after about one class period.
Moving on to pastries such as the iconic Pop Tart, these minute ready breakfasts are slightly ahead of cereal but aren’t quite there. They have a solid taste and are quick to make but, in the end, don’t really fill you up for a long day.
All the foods mentioned prior are quick frozen food so if you care more about what you feed your body these options are for you. Avocado toast and breakfast burritos: Avocado toast has a medium prep time and has lots of fiber which will keep you feeling full making it a suitable option for a long day. As for the breakfast burrito, it will fill you up at the cost of having a longer prep time.
Now for the supreme breakfast that checks off all the boxes, Hot Pockets. These cheese and meat filled rectangles will satisfy your appetite just right. They have ingredients that will actually fill you up mixed with the protein needed to start your morning. Not only that, but Hot Pockets also give you longer lasting energy at the cost of being frozen that will let you survive until lunch.
In the end, everybody is different and has their own taste, so I encourage you to experiment with different breakfasts yourself and see how they change your day.
