Why am I always so sleepy after I eat so much? Well I know the answer to that question is your body responding to all nutritional values that you get from the food you have eaten and the things you eat have a big difference. You could have a big breakfast and have no energy, but you can eat something small and have energy for the rest of the day. So, I asked fellow teacher Mr. Bart “What is the beast snack in your opinion that you eat that give you the energy to push you through the day”. Mr. Bart responded “I look for something small and quick that has all the necessary fibers that we need to have so I usually like trail mix and Nature Valley Protein bars”
In my opinion this option is a quick and simple one to give you the punch in the stomach to give that energy to get you through that one class that you never have the energy for. As well as I asked a fellow student athlete Cesar Guiterez “What is the best drink before matches to keep your energy and that way you perform the best you can?” Cesar said “Electrolytes, specifically liquid iv”. As well as he said, “As athletes you have to be hydrated and have your electrolytes to replenish your body,”.
As I ask an athlete and a teacher I decided what if I were to mix the two and ask P.E teacher since they move around more than a usually teacher and they aren’t athlete but they have to mix those two an balance if they can join in and play so I asked Mr. Witchman “ what do you usually eat during the day to keep your energy” as well as “ what’s something you eat that take your energy away.” Mr. Withcman responded “ I am very consistent on what I eat so I eat 8 eggs and sometimes I put them in my lunches. “ I’m very strict on what I eat.
