There are multiple games to play this Christmas, ranging from present games to card games with a Christmas twist. I’ll be showing the top 5 games that are related to presents, as well as not.
Present related games:
5th place: Present Passing – This game requires you to play a specific song that has the words “left” and “Right” in the song. You must pass your present around in the direction the song says and stick with the present that is given to you when that song ends.
4th place: Secret Santa – The objective is to pick a name out of Santa hat and later put their name on the gift. Having all presents on a table, you must guess who gave you your gift.
3rd place: The Present Wrapping game – For this game, you must get a box and wrapping paper with your friends/family, then race to see who will wrap their present the fastest.
2nd place: Oven Mitts Game – Each person playing will get a present and oven mitts. The objective is to unwrap your gift in a certain amount of time. Whoever opens it wins, and those who don’t beat the timer lose.
1st place: White Elephant – The objective for this game is to have all the gifts on a table and take a number out of a hat to show the order you will go in to pick presents. Once it’s your turn to go, you can either get a present from the table and show everyone, or you can steal a gift from another person.
Non-Present related games:
5th place: Face the Christmas cookie – Each person playing will put any Christmas cookie of their choice on their face. They must get that cookie into their mouths without using their hands or any other object. The first person to get it into their mouth wins.
4th place: Christmas Heads Up – For this game, someone will get a piece of paper with something Christmas related written on it, then put it on their forehead without seeing it. The rest of the party will try to give hints for that person to try and guess it within a certain amount of time. If that person can guess it within the set time they win that round, and if not, they lose that round.
3rd place: Candy Cane Game – If you’re familiar with the game spoons, this game should be easy for you. For this game, you must have a deck of cards and candy canes. You must have four cards with the same number but different suits, when you do, you must grab a candy cane. The last player standing wins.
2nd place: Gingerbread House contest – This game requires a gingerbread house kit. You can play this in teams or solo. The objective is to create the best gingerbread house. Whoever can make the most creative gingerbread house (and the tastiest) wins.
1st place: Ornament Game – The objective for this game is to create the best looking and most creative ornament, whoever does that will win. All ornaments will go on your tree or be kept safely on display elsewhere.
So, what game will you play?
