Janessa Hallman, Arts & Entertainment Editor
Janessa Hallman is a West high sophomore born and raised in Tracy, California. She is the youngest child of three, Jazzy her 18-year-old sister and Jada the 22-year-old sister. Her favorite class here at West is Journalism because she has many friends to talk to and collaborate with. During Janessa’s school year she wants to focus on graduating with as many extra curricular activities she can. Janessa plays volleyball and basketball at west. Janessa describes her personality as : “Nice, tired, and academically determined.” Outside of school Janessa likes to spend her alone time sleeping and “chilling” with her 2 dogs Nala and Roxy (Scooby) plus the family fish (Speedy r.i.p)(2020-2023). Her favorite restaurant is Mikasa, and she is deeply interested with bread and anything related to sushi.
