I interviewed Evelyn Mendoza and asked her what her opinion on the PA announcements and if there was anything, she liked, things she didn’t like, things we should drop, things we should add or any other ideas she had about the announcements. Evelyn said, “I really like the Zephyr videos, and something I would like to see added is for some of the people to have more energy.” Evelyn also said I noticed that every time Matt, Eric and Victor are paired up with each other the Zephyr normally has a lot more energy, but when they’re paired with somebody the energy is never the same.” I don’t think I’ve ever noticed that until now. To end it off I asked Evelyn was their anything else she would like to say about the Zephyr and she said, “My only thing is to make sure everyone has a good amount of energy and doesn’t all look tired.”

I also interviewed Mauricio Cano and asked him what his opinion on the PA announcements and just like Evelyn, I asked Mauricio if there was anything he liked, things he didn’t like, things we should drop, things we should add or any other ideas he had about the announcements. Mauricio said, “Oh the announcements are tough, I really like them and something I like about them is the energy that ScatPackJolly and E-Money has when they do the announcements, and sometimes Victor.” Mauricio then added one more thing and said, “But overall, I like the Announcements and think they are way better than the intercom announcements.” With that, those are the people I decided to interview and their opinions on the announcements.
